My expertise:

I have a background in organizational psychology (M.Sc.) and psychology (B.Sc.) – and I am constantly furthering my education, including in:

  • Process facilitation & collective leadership (Leadership³)
  • Nonviolent Communication (Hamburg Institute for Nonviolent Communication, among others)
  • Sociocracy (Sociocracy for All)
  • Citizen Participation (EBBS)
  • Body-based approaches: among others Somatic Experiencing, Body-Mind Centering, mindfulness, body language

Professional experience (selection):

  • Current: Freelance organizational development and collaboration coaching
  • Agile coach and organizational development at the health insurance AOK PLUS, specializing in co-led/self-managed teams
  • Freelance Gender & Diversity Trainer
  • Practical experience in HR and organizational development at startups, medium-sized companies, and large corporations in Germany and Brazil
  • Many years of voluntary civic engagement: project management, workshop facilitation, and event management

Further influences on my path:

 

  • My personal experiences with illness and disability have shaped my path — and deepened my understanding of people, interdependence, and society.
  • I have lived a total of 2.5 years in Brazil, Colombia, the U.S., and France — experiences that have broadened my perspective
  • Former scholarship recipient of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, the German National Academic Foundation, the DAAD, and the women’s promotion program “Securing Talent—Shaping the Future”
