Making decisions together as a team can be both very effective in harnessing collective intelligence and be efficient - but only if we use the right decision-making methods. Consensus and majority are
generally not recommended.
There are many great approaches that are solution-oriented, perspective-integrating and efficient. You just need to know and practise them, as they often require a completely different way of
thinking and working together than you are used to from other approaches. Practiced, strong facilitation s also important. Some of the colleagues should develop this facilitation
competence if collective decision-making is to work really well😊
And I am happy to help you with all of this.
